Item description
This lamp is a rare example of futurist design as a celebration of the Space Needle skyscraper in Seattle, USA. A table lamp made of transparent plexiglass and white multiplex placed on a chrome-plated steel needle base, the light is radiated by a circular LED bulb, replacing the original neon, and an enamelled iron counterweight base. It was created in order to pay homage to the Space Needle, which was designated as a historical monument on 19 April 1999.
