Item description
An elegant and functional Danish teak modular bookcase designed by Kai Kristiansen was produced by FM Mobelr in the 1960s, as the original label confirms. The beautiful teak grain and curved solid teak handles add a touch of grandeur. Six shelves, a chest of drawers and a functional cabinet with drawers and internal compartments offer sufficient space for storing objects and books. The set consists of: one cabinet with four drawers H: 50 / W: 86 / D: 47 cm, drawer height: 10 cm; one cabinet with two doors H: 50 / W: 86 / D: 47 cm; two shelves 18 cm deep; four shelves 24 cm deep; three metal rails each 200 cm long. Each section is 86 cm wide and you can arrange all the pieces to your liking using an easy system of metal brackets that fit into the rails. The set is in fantastic vintage condition. Hardly any signs of wear. A great example of Danish carpentry skills from the mid-20th century.
