Plastic elephant by Abraham Palatnik, 1970s. Palatnik (1928-2020) was a Brazilian artist and inventor. This elephant is part of the Artemis collection, made in Brazil in the 1970s in a company founded by the artist and in operation until 2001. His early work was inspired by cave paintings, geometric figures and irregularly shaped objects.
