Beautiful 1950s French folding deckchair in black iron and pink and purple striped canvas. The deckchair is tilting, i.e. by throwing back the head, the feet are raised to obtain a more horizontal and comfortable position. The Plianfer deckchair is foldable, and therefore easily transportable. It folds up and is secured with a brown leather strap. When folded it only occupies 20 × 60 cm, H 130 cm. The canvas has been remade with vintage fabric based on the design of the original (which was stained). Good vintage condition (see photo), some signs of wear. The black metal paintwork is original, it has not been retouched.
