Georgian oak bookcase made in the mid-18th century in England. Molded frame on edge of chest of drawers with notch moldings and a molded decorative frieze below. Upper part consisting of three shelves and two doors on either side with a single drawer below. Lower part with three deep drawers with original swan-neck-shaped brass handles and cross-striped fronts. Shaped apron and feet set on elegant "cabriole" legs. Upper part depth: 19 cm. Lower part depth: 50 cm.
