Item description
French Napoleon III showcase in exotic precious woods belonging to the second half of the 19th century. On the front, the door has an inlay with a geometric motif surrounded by a bronze frame with two glass shelves inside. The side panels have a convex shape and recall the same layout as the front. The underside band is richly adorned with finely chiselled gilt bronze applications. Provenance France (1880/90). Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional method (shellac and rubbing alcohol). Measurements: 85x40 cm, H 167 cm. Certificate of Authenticity.
