This chrome-plated stool, catalogue number Hn 6, was designed by the world-famous designer Marcel Breuer (1902-1981) in the 1930s. It was produced in the former Czechoslovakia by the Mücke-Melder company, Fryštát, which concentrated on the production of tubular furniture. It is an expertly restored original, varnished in the manufacturer's shade, with the original polished chrome tubular frame. In excellent condition, after restoration of the seat and polishing of the chrome frame. Period of style: functionalism. Seamless chrome-plated tubular steel frame, solid beech seat. Height 45 cm, width 38 cm, depth 38 cm, seat height 45 cm.
