Item description
Danish teak modular bookcase or entrance wall cabinet with large sliding doors and three shelves, most likely the work of Preben Sorensen from the 1960s. Very similar to Poul Cadovius' furniture of the same period, also in terms of quality. All elements are 80 cm wide and can be arranged at will, using brass hangers and slots spaced every 5 cm in the wooden rails. The 200 cm rails, each consisting of two pieces, offer various arrangement possibilities, but when upright, the whole is barely visible. This vintage bookcase can be both a beautiful addition to an entrance hall and a small bedroom or living room. The unit consists of: two 20 cm deep shelves, one 25 cm deep shelf, cabinet with sliding doors and interior shelf; H: 49 / W: 80 / D: 45 cm, two 200 cm long wooden wall rails combined in two pieces each, brass hardware. The wall unit has been checked by our team. The set is in excellent vintage condition with slight traces of use.
