Taccia table lamp by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for Flos. Taccia is a lamp designed and created by the Castiglioni brothers in 1962 for the Italian brand Flos. It consists of a circular base with grooves similar to Greek columns and a diffuser made of a large transparent glass bowl closed by an opaque plate, which reflects the light. It provides indirect and reflected light. Aluminium reflector painted white/glossy on the outside and white/matt on the inside. Transparent mouth-blown glass directional diffuser. Matt black body, nickel-plated metal base. Iconic design by brothers Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1962. Fits any space, be it a restaurant, waiting room, office, lounge or room.
