Item description
Sideboard attributed to Umberto Mascagni for Harrods, 1950s. Three-door structure in solid wood entirely covered with red and cream leather, borders in gilded brass. The inside of the doors is mirrored. The central compartment is occupied by three inside drawers with transparent glass fronts with a wooden "frame". The top, also in red leather, is protected by a transparent glass plate. This sideboard is an interesting example of mid-century Italian design.
