Florentine style bookcase, 1980s-90s. Gorgeous bookcase-storage cabinet made in the fine essence of national walnut. Handcrafted in Brianza; traditional construction with solid wood and honeycomb panel. The base consists of two pairs of doors embellished with olive-green genuine leather tableaux with double engraved perimeter edging, one of which is in gold, an inside shelf in each of the two pairs of doors and key lock. The open upper part is divided into three partitions and equipped with height-adjustable shelves, seven central drawers and a pair of small doors with the same central leather and gold edged tableaux. The two right and left bays close above with the outline of two lowered arches above which is the molded cornice on three sides. Exposed hardware in burnished brass. Unused product, very good condition with some slight signs of time.
