This beautiful vintage teak desk with bar cabinet, designed by Kai Kristiansen, was manufactured by Feldballes Møbelfabrik in Denmark in the 1960s. It is teak veneered with solid wood details and features a kidney-shaped top with beautiful wood grain. Behind the tambour doors hides a bar cabinet with revolving shelves, engraved mirrors and a circular section for storing trinkets that protrudes from under the desk. This vintage desk also has four drawers at the front, including the top one that can be locked (key included), and open storage space at the back, such as two adjustable shelves, useful for books and magazines. Magnificent joinery, evident in the beautiful wood grain and precision detailing. The legs are detachable for more convenient transportation. Our team thoroughly inspected the desk. The wood has been cleaned and protected with Danish oil to enhance the grain. The interior is clean and all mechanisms work smoothly. There is a small professional teak inlay on the top, visible in the picture. We restore the furniture to its best appearance, always considering that it is 60 years old.
