Pair of black lacquered rosewood bedside tables with glass top and shelf. Two drawers per bedside table with brass handles of the period, black lacquered wooden legs. Pieces of great quality and typically Italian style, the Italian architect and designer Paolo Buffa (1903-1970) was active between the 1930s and 1960s, and is known for his furniture that blends neoclassical style with Art Deco motifs and modernist principles, which are increasingly difficult to find in this good condition. These pieces have no attribution marks. Very good condition. Signs of time usually need to be left for its aged authenticity. The photos are part of the description.
