Item description

Pair of Sir & Lady Funk armchairs by Cory Grosser for Frighetto. Made of leather (2005), the supporting structure is made of beech and poplar wood. The laser-cut plate base is made of chrome-plated steel. The padding of the frame and cushions is polyurethane foam. Cory Grosser is an American designer and educator and is known for a design philosophy called "Happy Minimalism". He has made numerous successful exhibitions in Italy, Germany and Japan. He has designed and collaborated with major European companies. In 2001, he founded Positive Industrial Design in Los Angeles and began collaborating for several companies making a variety of design products for them.
