Three-light chandelier in white acrylic and gilded metal by Stilux, 1960s. It comes from a major lighting store that has gone out of business, so it has never been installed, works perfectly and is in excellent condition. The chandelier, originally labeled Stilux Milano, embodies the futuristic design aesthetic of the Space Age era. It features a striking combination of materials, with gilded metal forming the main structure and a series of three white plastic spheres creating a visually appealing arrangement. The use of plastic is in keeping with the era's emphasis on new and innovative materials that can be molded into unconventional shapes.
