Large white and brown Murano glass chandelier designed and made in the 1970s by Mazzega. It features five different types of large Murano glass pendants that create stunning ambient light. The glass elements are in excellent condition, as is the chromed metal structure, because the chandelier comes from a major lighting shop in Italy that has gone out of business; the chandelier was only used in this shop. Mazzega is a renowned Murano glass company that operated during the mid-20th century and produced a variety of stunning glass chandeliers. This chandelier features a layered design, where Murano glass elements are hung in a cascade, creating a dynamic and visually striking effect. The chandelier incorporates chrome elements for the structural part, a popular choice during the mid-century.
