Item description

Pair of transparent Murano glass table lamps with ashlar decoration attributed to Barovier & Toso, 1930s. The era, workmanship and style immediately bring to mind Ercole Barovier's contemporary products but the lamps do not have any signature or label. Bakelite lamp holder. The glass base alone is 9.5 cm high and has a diameter of 8 cm. The glass base plus the lamp holder are 12.5 cm high. The total height is 23 cm with a diameter of 15 cm (including lampshade).
