Item description
French trumeau-bureau from the second half of the 19th century, made in Provence of larch wood. The furniture's rustic style and the type of wood used make it ideal for mountain or tavern furniture. The lower part has three large drawers surmounted by a central part used as a writing desk with the top that opens up. Inside are small drawers for storing documents pens or any other small objects. The upper part has three glass doors with seven shelves inside, mounted on a ladder and therefore adjustable to different heights. One of the original blown glass panes is broken and needs to be replaced. The maximum width including the frame is 126 cm. The height of the desk top when open is 77 cm and the maximum depth is 78 cm, while the depth of the upper cabinet is 24 cm. Needs little restoration, for which we will provide an estimate upon request.
