Item description
Very rare set of four Segesta armchairs by Afra and Tobia Scarpa for Stildomus, 1970s (designed in 1976). They are part of the "Torcello" series, made up of high and low chairs, tables, bookcases and wardrobes. These armchairs, with Italian walnut legs and mono-shell seats entirely upholstered with fine tobacco leather, are preserved in pristine condition. The Segesta armchairs are already very rare in themselves but these are even more so due to the matt black finish of the legs, in contrast to the commonly used natural veneer. Perfect for the dining table or to set up a conversation space, the armchairs have a timeless design and are very comfortable. Signs of age are minimal and all four are perfectly balanced and with regular legs. Seat height: 42 cm.
