Item description
Hanging lamp from the 1970s consisting of a large disk-shaped shade in milky white acrylic completed by a beautiful brass-plated aluminum central band and details, including the canopy. The hanging system allows easy adjustment of the height of the lamp by simply pulling the lower brass element which extends the black spiral cord. The design, functionality and use of various materials show the essence of mid-century Italian style. The innovative incorporation of materials such as metal, plastic and acrylic was very popular among the iconic Italian designers and studios of the 1960s and 1970s, including Harvey Guzzini, Vico Magistretti and Artemide. This stunning lamp with adjustable length is an eye-catcher, lit or unlit. Thanks to the milky white lampshade, it pleasantly diffuses the light, illuminating the space and also acting as an elegant decorative element. This type of light is designed to be used in multiples above kitchen islands or in large hallways or stairwells, wherever height-adjustable light is needed. An additional feature of the lamp is a functional switch located on the top of the lampshade, which allows you to turn the light on and off when the cord is taut and the lamp is placed just above the table. Cable length: from 50 to 168 cm. Lampshade height: 30 cm.
