This extraordinary armchair was designed in the 1960s for the Greek airline Olympic Airways and was used in lounge areas. The Space Age lines of the armchair were way ahead of their time and still look modern today. Bent wood structure with white plastic covering. The structure shows signs of wear consistent with its age; under the seat there are the first signs of detachment of the plastic covering. The back, sides and seat cushions have been upholstered in navy blue fabric. The armchair rests on the original wheels. Seat height: 39 cm. Seat depth: 54 cm.
