Teak and brass hanging bookcase by Poul Cadovius for Cado, 1960s. Equipped with a chest of drawers and four shelves. It is a perfect example of Danish quality and functionality. Each shelf features the engraving "Made in Denmark", validating its Danish origin. This is a fully modular shelving system that provides an easy way to organize furniture as needed. It will enrich any entryway, bedroom or small living room. The four shelves are 20 cm deep. The cabinet with four drawers is 51 cm high, 80 cm wide and 40 cm deep; drawer height: from the top 7, 7, 11, 14 cm. The two wooden uprights are 200 cm long each. The hardware is made of brass. It has been carefully checked: the drawers are clean and slide without resistance; the wood was cleaned with professional products and protected with additional layers of Danish oil. Overall the piece is in excellent vintage condition with very minor signs of use.
