Teak and metal bookcase by Kai Kristiansen for FM Møbler (Denmark), 1960s. It showcases the rich grains of the wood, the beautiful details of the solid teak, and with its minimalist lines, it becomes a sculptural object on the wall. This modular shelving system can be easily arranged to your preference, using the metal brackets that fit into the uprights. Three shelves are 88.5 cm wide and 18 cm deep, two are 88.5 cm wide and 24 cm deep. The two metal uprights are 150 cm long each. The presence of the Danish Furniture Manufacturers Control "FM Møblermark" stickers on the back of the shelves guarantees the craftsmanship of high standards and the authenticity of the piece. The piece of furniture has been checked and is in excellent vintage condition with minor signs of use. The mounting system works smoothly. The wood has been treated with additional layers of Danish oil to enhance its beautiful grain. Small natural signs of use are left which do not detract from the aesthetic appearance and only confirm the authenticity of the furniture. Two identical pieces available (price for each bookcase).
