Hanging teak and metal bookcase by Kristiansen for FM Møbler (Denmark), 1960s. It features beautiful solid teak details and, with its minimalist lines, becomes a sculptural object on the wall. Being modular it can be easily organized according to various preferences/needs, using the metal brackets that fit into the uprights. The three shelves are 86 cm wide and 24 cm deep. The two metal uprights are 96 cm long each. The presence of the Danish Furniture Manufacturers Control "FM Møblermark" stickers on the back of the shelves guarantees the craftsmanship of high standards and the authenticity of the piece. The bookcase has been checked and is in excellent vintage condition with minor signs of use. The mounting system works smoothly. The wood has been treated with additional layers of Danish oil to enhance its beautiful grain. Light and natural signs of use are left which do not detract from the aesthetics and only confirm its originality.
