Pair of Kolding oak armchairs by Erik Wørts for Ikea, 1960s
SILVER Seller in Łódź, Poland
This set of two armchairs was designed in the 1960s by Erik Wørts and produced by Ikea in Poland. The frame of the armchairs is solid oak and has been professionally and carefully restored by removing old upholstery, staining and finishing with varnish. The cushions were reupholstered and covered with a beige fabric made of a mixture of linen, cotton and viscose, reminiscent in texture of the materials originally used in the 1960s.
