French Napoleon III extendable table in polychrome woods, 19th century. Complete with four original 40-cm extension leaves. The oval-shaped top features a central part in maple-root surrounded by a dark band in thuja-root. The under-top band, richly inlaid with a geometric pattern, acts as a joining element to four pyramid feet. The four feet, also richly inlaid, end with gilded bronze elements. Eight chairs are also available to match the table. Restored by our master craftsmen with traditional handmade shellac and alcohol method. When extended it measures 310 x 120 cm.
