Pair of bedside tables from the prestigious Marango series by Alberto Smania for Smania Studio Interni, late 1960s. They contain and embody the high Italian craftsmanship and craftsmanship of the time with amazing details on the corners in leather weaving, with brass borders and Italian cane. They feature two glass shelves with brass edges. The conditions are excellent, even though they are now almost 60 years old. We note a minimal and imperceptible chip in the glass in a corner of the top of both bedside tables; furthermore a low angle of one of the two has some signs of time.
