Tempera painting on paper by Adriano Parisot depicting an abstract composition, dated 22 October 1985. Signed. Adriano Parisot (1912-2004) was a notable Turin painter, known for his contribution to lyrical abstraction and the Concrete Art Movement (MAC). After an initial apprenticeship and war experience in Africa, he studied at the Albertina Academy in Turin. He made his debut with a solo exhibition in 1946 and participated in the Venice Biennale in 1948 and 1950. In 1951 he joined the MAC, collaborating with artists such as Dorfles and Munari, and organized the Turin section of the movement. He was also director of the magazine 'I 4 Soli' from 1949 to 1969. His works, characterized by dynamic lines and futurist geometries, are exhibited in museums such as the Gallery of Modern Art in Turin and the Center Pompidou in Paris.
