Bedroom bedhead with bedside tables signed Gaetano Borsani Atelier in Varedo. Immediately after the First World War, Gaetano Borsani (1886-1955) opened a cabinet-making workshop in Varedo with about twenty workers. He began with a handcrafted production of stylish and ordinary furniture. But soon, a passionate experimenter, he began to design furniture with a modern line, a line that would be, together with the quality of execution, the hallmark of his home.
