This elegant small chest of drawers, crafted in the style of John Texmon, and comes from Talgø Møbelfabrikk, Norway from the the 1960s. This piece is a perfect example of mid-century Scandinavian design, featuring four drawers with uniquely rounded teak pulls.
The beautiful grain of the teak veneer on the front and solid wood drawers with dovetail joints reflect the high quality of Danish carpentry from this period. The slender, 36 cm high tapered solid teak legs lend the chest a light and elegant appearance.
The manufacturer’s label, Talgø Møbelfabrikk, is preserved, adding to its authenticity and value.
