A home office teak wall unit with a drop-door cabinet, designed by Poul Cadovius in the 1960s, provides spacious home offcie working and storage space. Perfect for the living room or bedroom, this wall unit is an entirely modular shelving system. All elements are 80 cm wide and can be arranged as needed.
The lockable cabinet can be used either as a secretaire or a bar cabinet. It features two inner compartments: one providing perfect space for storing a laptop, and another with two small drawers for accessories.Typical of Cadovius’s design, the front finish with thin teak strips is found in most of his wall units, as well as in pieces like the Governor sofa. The unit consists of: Two shelves 24 cm deep.

Brass hardware. The wall unit has been checked by our team and is in great original vintage condition. We have ensured that the opening mechanism and drawers work smoothly and that all components fit together. We have rejuvenated the wood with Danish oil to enhance the wood grain. Minor signs of use remain, which do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm its authenticity.
