Secretaire in oak and briarwood, late 19th century
SILVER Seller in Salerno, Italy
Splendid high quality Umberto I secretaire. Constructed entirely of solid oak, it is massive and of great aesthetic impact even for the internal parts of the furniture that are not directly visible. Solid walnut has been carefully chosen for the outer surface of the cabinet, more specifically walnut feather, while briarwood creates an elegant multifaceted design for the front areas. With its large dimensions and simple, clean lines, it fits well into any decor, even modern or contemporary, although it requires a room of the right height. Original in all its parts.
