French Louis XV Cartel three-bell clock entirely panelled and surmounted by a putto figure, it is embellished with gilded bronze frames that fall in leaf motifs over the dial, which features Roman numerals. The Cartel watch is a type of watch that originated in France at the end of the 17th century, during the reign of Louis XIV.
