Item description

Empire antique mahogany feather console table with statuary white marble top. The undercounter band presents a slight flaring towards the top. The cabinet is supported by two columns in the form of winged griffins resting on rectangular elements. The podded bearing feet support a square mahogany feather base. Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional handmade shellac and alcohol method. Provenance: Sicily (1820/30). Measurements: 118x58 cm, H 90 cm. Certificate of Authenticity.
