The female figure is portrayed in a plastic pose dressed in very light clothing while attempting with her left hand to grab the putto by the wings. The putto is depicted in a classical manner with outstretched wings and holding a bow and arrow. The care and precision of the details and the fineness of the face of the robes are of very high quality. Provenance: 19th century France. Excellent state of preservation.
